These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers and partner discount programmes operated by MCPHILL Engineering. By booking a service under any promotional offer, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. EchoHomes Partnership Discount
MCPHILL Engineering has entered into a formal partnership with EchoHomes (Instagram: @_echohomes) to offer a 15% discount on AC installation workmanship to clients who purchase an AC unit from EchoHomes. EchoHomes supplies quality air conditioning units to Ghanaian homes and businesses. This discount is facilitated by EchoHomes as part of their commitment to providing a complete, end-to-end solution — from unit purchase to professional installation.
2. Discount Eligibility
The 15% EchoHomes partner discount applies exclusively to the cost of AC installation workmanship (labour) charged by MCPHILL Engineering. It does not apply to the cost of the AC unit itself, copper piping, refrigerant gas, or any other parts and consumables. To be eligible, the client must have purchased their AC unit directly from EchoHomes and must mention the EchoHomes purchase at the time of booking with MCPHILL Engineering. Proof of purchase from EchoHomes may be requested.
3. Eligible Services
The EchoHomes partner discount applies to the following MCPHILL Engineering services: Split Unit AC Installation, Cassette Unit AC Installation, and Window Unit AC Installation. The discount does not apply to AC repair, AC maintenance contracts, electrical wiring, panel and distribution board installations, or any other service not listed above.
4. Duration of Offer
The EchoHomes partner discount is available until further notice. MCPHILL Engineering and EchoHomes reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice. Bookings confirmed before any withdrawal or modification will honour the discount as agreed at the time of booking.
5. Combination with Other Offers
The EchoHomes partner discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, seasonal discount, or maintenance contract pricing. Only one discount may be applied per booking.
6. One Discount Per Purchase
The EchoHomes partner discount applies once per AC unit purchased from EchoHomes. Each eligible unit purchase entitles the buyer to one discounted installation. Multiple units purchased in a single transaction may each qualify for the discount, subject to confirmation by MCPHILL Engineering.
7. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to MCPHILL Engineering's standard booking process. The discount will be reflected in the final invoice issued after the service is completed. Payment is due upon completion of the installation unless a prior written payment arrangement has been agreed.
8. Liability
MCPHILL Engineering is solely responsible for the quality and delivery of all installation services. EchoHomes acts as a supply and referral partner only and bears no liability for the workmanship, scheduling, or outcome of any service provided by MCPHILL Engineering. Any complaints or warranty claims relating to the installation must be directed to MCPHILL Engineering directly. Any complaints relating to the AC unit itself must be directed to EchoHomes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
